Automechanika Frankfurt 2026: Dates
Automechanika runs from 8 to 12 September 2026 at Messe Frankfurt. It is a biennial event, so this is the edition to plan for — expect around 4,500 exhibitors and a very busy week across the city.
From the Airport to the Fairground
Messe Frankfurt is around 12 km from Frankfurt Airport, roughly 15–20 minutes by car off-peak. A fixed-price private transfer takes you door-to-door — to your hotel or straight to the halls — with a name-board meet in arrivals. See our airport-to-Messe guide.
Group and Exhibitor Transport
Stand crew, tools and samples travel better together — in one van, not three taxis.
Exhibitors arriving with equipment or a team can use a Business Van for up to seven passengers plus luggage. Daily hotel–Messe transfers keep a fixed routine across the five days.
