When you submit a booking enquiry, we collect the information you provide: pickup location, destination, travel date, number of passengers, and contact details (name, email, phone number). We do not collect payment card details.
Location Data
If you click "Use my location" on the booking form, your browser will ask for permission to share your device location. This is entirely optional. If granted, your coordinates are passed to Google Maps to retrieve a street address, which is then filled into the form field. Your location is never stored on our servers and is not used for any purpose beyond filling that form field.
How We Use Your Data
Your data is used solely to arrange and confirm your transfer. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except where necessary to fulfil your booking.
